About the Role



We're looking for a

Warehouse Technician

to join our team and help take Southland Trailers to the next level. In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works together to drive innovation, quality, and success. If you're a self-starter who loves challenges, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do



Pick, pack, and deliver materials to production lines as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Replenish materials on time to prevent production delays. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and check for damage or discrepancies. Accurately document received goods and update inventory records. Work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics and improve supply chain efficiency. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse in compliance with safety regulations. Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in warehouse operations or materials handling, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry. Journeyperson Parts Technician certification is an asset, along with experience in production materials planning. PFEP (Plan for Every Part) experience is an asset. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to meet operational demands.
