DESCRIPTION:

Warehouse Technician- Kelowna, BC

Responsibilities and required tasks:



Receiving incoming samples from couriers and walk-in clients Shipping - return coolers, interoffice shipments, sublet. Complete Bottle Order Requests, Sample labeling and use it for tracking/preparing/packing orders and shipping on-time. Accept deliveries of company products and store them accordingly. Track and log all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses. Pack and ship orders for delivery, this may include trips to the airport, sublet labs and courier depot. Keep the warehouse area clean and organized and Order and restock required supplies. Assist the client service team to address and resolve any complaints about products, shipping, or damaged items. Dispose samples and manage waste disposal according to local regulations. Complete other administrative duties as directed. Keep track of and assist with facility tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Previous experience in customer service, laboratory, or related industry is an asset. Physically fit and able to lift objects up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. Genuine dedication to customer care with a positive, outgoing, and optimistic attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and capable of identifying small errors or defects in products or orders. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); advanced Excel skills are an asset.
