About the Role
We're looking for a dependable and experienced
Warehouse Team Lead
with strongReach Truck operating skills
to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on leadership and a proactive mindset to help meet daily operational goals while maintaining a safe and organized environment.Key Responsibilities
Operate Reach Trucks & Equipment:
Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other material-handling equipment.Order Picking:
Pick customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accuracy and efficiency.Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and ensure system accuracy.Replenishment & Stocking:
Refill shelves and assist with scheduled inventory counts.Maintain Safety & Cleanliness:
Ensure the warehouse remains safe, clean, and well-organized.Team Collaboration:
Support daily targets and work closely with cross-functional teams.Heavy Lifting:
Load, unload, and handle bulky or heavy items with care.What You Bring
Must-Have:
Minimum 2 year of experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse environment. Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center role. Comfortable working with WMS and other tech tools for inventory and order tracking. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving heavy items. Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player with a can-do attitude.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
