We're looking for someone who is passionate about logistics and leadership to join our warehouse team as a Team Leader .

You'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping. You'll ensure efficient workflows, quality standards, and safety are maintained, while fostering a clean, orderly, and motivating work environment.



What You'll Be Doing:



Team Management:

Lead, support, and motivate the warehouse team. Assign tasks according to skills and priorities.

Planning & Operations:

Organize and streamline workflows (receiving, storing, picking, shipping) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Quality & Performance:

Monitor quality and productivity standards, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and internal procedures (equipment use, cleanliness, etc.).

Training & Development:

Train new team members, lead ongoing training sessions, and support skill development within the team.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and report anomalies or shortages. Optimize storage space and inventory accuracy.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Maintain strong communication with other departments (logistics, procurement, product management) to ensure smooth operations.



What You'll Need:



Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics environment, ideally in fashion or a similar industry;

Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and unite teams around shared goals;

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of accuracy;

Proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and adaptability;

Excellent communication skills;

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of distribution logistics processes.
