JOB SUMMARY





This position is responsible for assisting the leadership team in overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring all customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




Delegate's task & Support in execution - support team where necessary to complete the task. Train and mentors team members throughout the facility in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Company Core Values Support in creating process and ensuring team members are following process. Monitors team performance and report on metrics to Supervisor. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment for DC team members (i.e. retrains team members and builds a safety culture through team meetings and activities) to enhance safety awareness Ensures timely and accurate order receipt and shipment; responsible for maintaining cut off time As a member of the DC leadership team this position is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy Performs stock counts, stock maintenance and inventory count reconciliation Assists with picking, checks, loads and processes inbound and outbound product Effectively communicates with site leadership regarding daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS




Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong listening and problem resolution skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with dedication to meeting deadlines. High sense of urgency and customer service Previous SAP experience considered an asset Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
