The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Support team member plays a crucial role in supporting operations by facilitating the movement of raw materials, packaging, and efficient shipments. Who You Are

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. They can work independently or as part of a team while demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

Forklift experience is mandatory (forklift license is an asset). 1-2 years of experience as a forklift operator (sit-down forklift, with potential training on stand-up reach). Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work shift hours, holidays, overtime, and call-in shifts as required. Good communication skills with co-workers and truck drivers. Must be flexible, dependable, and able to work independently. Previous warehouse experience and experience with pallet jacks, power walkies, and forklifts are considered assets. Willingness to be cross trained in all warehouse positions as needed. Dependable with good attendance record
