Stable, full-time employment. Schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is required to start two to three times a week, at 6:30 a.m. In this case, the working hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hybrid work: up to two remotely workdays per week after probation period. JOB SUMMARY



Reporting to the Logistics Director, the Warehouse Support/Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing 3PL warehouse operations and Metaltech-Omega-owned warehouses in Canada and the United States. He or she will be the first point of contact for warehouses in managing their day-to-day operations and resolving logistical and other problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Warehouse Transactions Coordination



Tracking flows and transactions:

Coordinate daily transactions and product movements with external warehouses, from storage to shipping, ensuring that all required processes are executed within the given timeframe.

Daily tracking of orders and shipments:

Verify orders submitted or cancelled by customer service and communicate planned shipments for the coming days to warehouses by email.

Order prioritization:

Communicate with the different warehouses under your responsibility to prioritize daily outbound orders according to customer deadlines, including tracking and scheduling in their TMS.

Order verification:

Ensure product availability for each order, investigate stockouts, and inform customer service.

Support and training:

Train and support warehouses on our internal systems (Epicor ERP, SOP, etc.).

Track shipping documents:

Produce BOL and ASN shipping documents for various customers when required.

Performance tracking:

Track the productivity and performance of each warehouse (KPI).

Documentation in the ERP:

Document various orders and transactions in the ERP system (Epicor).

Weekly Reports:

Produce weekly reports for internal teams (distribution, production, shipping).

Communication with customer service

: Communicate with customers when necessary.

Penalty management



Shipment verification:

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of each shipment (inbound and outbound).

Customer needs analysis:

Understand the specific requirements of each of our customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Order investigations:

Analyze problematic orders and conduct investigations to find the source of error.

Documentation and updatting:

Document all relevant information and update it according to internal procedures.

Ticket management:

Manage ticket files on supplier platforms from creation to closure.

Penalty Tracking:

Ensure proper tracking of penalties, including dispute mechanisms..

Logistics:

Assist the logistics team with ground transportation, customs, shipping, inter-warehouse transfers and ocean freight.

Purchasing:

assist the purchasing team with purchase orders, purchasing analyses, inventories, etc.

REQUIREMENTS, QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Operations Management (GOL) or DEC in Transportation Logistics or related field. Any combination of relevant education or experience will be considered.

Experience:

at least two years' experience in warehouse coordination or transportation logistics. Knowledge of penalty management. Experience with major clients in the retail sector (asset). Spoken and written languages: French and advanced English. Knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Thoroughness and perseverance. Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously / organizational skills. Communication skills. Ability to learn and adapt. Analytical skills to effectively identify sources of problems. Autonomy and teamwork.
