Job Requirements:

Work hours 6:00am - 2:30pm Supervision of 5-6 employees Hands on position with focus on team work and safety. Strong focus on driving results, mentoring, coaching & development to constantly increase the potential of the team in a very collaborative culture. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse vision, strategy, policies and procedures to aid and improve operational performance Drive a Zero tolerance mindset for deviation from quality, safety, temperature abuse and food safety program Work closely with production and QA for the food safety initiatives and plan Supervising shipping/Receiving, loading, putaways, utilization of the space, production support for raw material, packaging material, up-to-date and accurate inventory of raw and finished products, crew scheduling, inter departmental relations, safety first culture, maintenance of MHE cleaning and sanitation of the warehouse and staging area. Lead day to day warehouse operation and flow of raw material to the production floor on time10. On time loading/ unloading for raw and finished product. Implement 7S, establish Lean tools that instill a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure all inbound and outbound material and shipment are entered into the Minotaur Implement warehouse procedure for scanning all shipments Proper staging of raw and finished products. Ensure all maintenance issues are reported in a timely manner to production and maintenance manager Complete ownership of warehouse and inventory. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures Inspect the levels of raw material supplies and raw material to identify shortages Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus Analyze data to anticipate future needs Work closely with Production planner and Business Analyst for replenishment Any other duty or project assigned by the management.

Qualifications / Characteristics

:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role Computer proficiency with ERP, MS Office Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications. Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment. Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements. Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed to complete all assigned tasks/duties
