Position Summary



We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Surrey facility.

You'll oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of goods, maintain a safe and organized workplace, and

drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for

health and safety, and a desire to grow in the logistics field.

Key Responsibilities



? Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

? Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations: receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and

inventory control.

? Conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.

? Maintain compliance with WorkSafeBC safety standards and company policies.

? Operate and train staff on equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners).

? Monitor and report on KPIs: order accuracy, productivity, shrinkage, and safety incidents.

? Collaborate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to meet delivery

timelines.

? Lead onboarding and training for new staff; support ongoing development and cross-training.

? Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.

? Participate in warehouse optimization projects (layout, equipment upgrades, automation).

Qualifications



? 2-3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead hand role.

? High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an

asset.

? Valid forklift license (or willingness to obtain).

? Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and WorkSafeBC compliance.

? Proficiency in inventory systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and WMS/ERP software.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

? Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating

equipment).

? Flexibility for shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends during peak periods.

Work Hours



Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Occasional weekends may be required during peak periods.
