Job Overview

A respected company in the distribution and logistics sector is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at its Regina facility. This is a front-line leadership role for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and thrives in a small, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the warehouse each day, ensuring readiness and security Work alongside team members to pick, receive, stage, and ship orders accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Perform routine stock checks and help monitor inventory accuracy Communicate clearly with Customer Service and Sales to support order fulfillment Report any inventory, shipment, or delivery issues for resolution Ensure all safety procedures are followed and equipment is used properly Help onboard and train any new or temporary warehouse staff
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting Prior leadership experience (e.g. Lead Hand, Shift Supervisor) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with ERP or WMS systems (training provided) Safety-conscious, dependable, and solutions-focused Forklift certification an asset but not required
