This Warehouse Supervisor Position Features:
New Hamburg, ON
$63,000-$68000 depending on experience
Shift - 1:00 pm-9:30 pm

- Responsible for the daily coordination and execution of the logistics, warehouse, and inventory aspects of the site operations
- Execute and support metrics to achieve the company\'s overall objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in corporate regulatory and safety initiatives to ensure compliance and a safe environment
- Identify and execute training and development needs for direct reports
- Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Serve as the point person for all Warehouse Operations internally and externally
- Actively participate in special assignments (i.e., reports for Management, continuous improvement, compliance tasks, etc.) as needed
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
- 5+ years of warehousing, distribution experience
- 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
- Previous experience using warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge including use of MS Office
