Job Description

Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Workplace: Montreal
Salary: $78K to $82K per year
Shift : Sunday evening to Friday morning -9pm till 6 am

A great opportunity to join a stable team and a reputable company! We are looking for a Night Warehouse Supervisor! Do you have experience supervising unionized employees? Do you have at least 3 years of experience supervising employees in a distribution environment? Don\'t wait any longer!

Your tasks:

- Supervise a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees, while respecting budget limits
- Ensure that the work environment is safe and that health and safety policies and rules are respected
- Coach, supervise and mentor all warehouse employees
- Oversee warehousing, in addition to shipping and receiving
- Work with the management team to create a work environment that builds on positive working relationships and ongoing communications with unionized employees
- Develop and implement control methods to maintain an efficient workforce

What you need:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar distribution-warehouse position
- Experience in managing a unionized environment
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and SAP
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to bring people together
