We are hiring for a

Warehouse Supervisor

to join our team at our Newmarket Plant!

Duties:

Oversee all warehouse activity of the facility Ensure compliance with government agencies and health & safety regulations are maintained with respect to personnel and equipment Regularly communicate with staff and liaise with manager regarding maintenance activity Resolve and report any issues that may arise to the Plant Manager Assist in employee performance evaluation Enforce compliance of company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective work environment Assess and address areas for continuous improvement in and around the plant to improve efficiency, safety and cost Adhere to health & safety policies and procedures at all times Inventory management Receiving goods using ERP System (Syspro) Reporting, maintaining, and improving the performance of the warehouse

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP Software) Possess strong leadership and managerial skills using a hands-on approach Strong organizational skills and meet deadlines Ability to work well independently as well as in a team Effective communicator with co-workers and all levels of management Flexible, innovative and comfortable setting own priorities Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment

Education/Certification/Experience

Industry knowledge in exterior building products Forklift and bedmover experience and certification First Aid Certification Previous warehouse experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
