Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay: $28-$30/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (OT as needed)

We're hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced automotive/manufacturing warehouse. You'll manage a team, keep workflows efficient and safe, and ensure next-day orders get out the door on time.
What You'll Do
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff
- Manage schedules, monitor productivity, and support improvements
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate forklifts/pallet jacks as needed (valid certification required)
- Ensure safety compliance and a clean, organized warehouse
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams
- 2-3 years warehouse experience (automotive/manufacturing preferred)
- 1+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Forklift certifications (Counterbalance, Reach, Cherry Picker)
- Skilled with inventory systems & Microsoft Office
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced setting
