Established in 2025 by Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, Sentinel was formed through the acquisition of several regional service providers: Lenworth Building Services, Pro Door & Dock Systems, Mar-Lin Dock & Door and Door Doctor. These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.

Warehouse Supervisor

for their growing team!!



This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, possesses strong product knowledge, is able to multitask effectively, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the organization, management, and administration of the warehouse, shop, and company fleet. This role plays a key part in enhancing the productivity of the Service, Installations, and PSR departments by minimizing downtime and ensuring technicians are fully prepared for each job. Key duties include materials staging, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and fleet oversight.


Key Responsibilities:




1. Equipment & Shop Management




Maintain equipment sign-in/out logs and inspect for safety; coordinate repairs as needed. Pre-load trailers with required equipment and ensure shop cleanliness and organization. Maintain showroom-quality standards and manage waste disposal. Perform daily site maintenance (e.g., magnet runs, snow/ice removal, supply restocking). Tag and log all tools and equipment per company protocol.

2. Service Fleet Management




Oversee vehicle logbook completion to ensure CVOR compliance. Monitor fleet via GPS and inspections; coordinate maintenance and repairs. Conduct monthly vehicle inspections and fluid checks; report any damage.

3. Job Preparation




Pre-stage materials in "ready lanes" for each truck; prep daily materials using job files. Use standardized labeling system for all orders. Cut, paint, and organize materials; minimize waste and complete pickups/drop-offs as needed. Support Service and Installation teams with material coordination and rentals.

4. Inventory Management




Maintain inventory levels, especially high-demand parts; conduct regular checks. Keep service trucks stocked and clean with essential supplies. Order stock based on usage trends and optimize inventory turnover.

What we're looking for:




Must have a valid G driver's license with clean abstract. Valid forklift certificate required. Must have basic knowledge of computers - Microsoft Word, Excel. Must be able to multitask and reorganize based on fast moving and changeable schedules Dock and Door Industry experience is an asset

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
