Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Mississauga

Our client in the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with effective operation management and good attention to details for their Mississauga location. The principal responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor is to improve process, communicate with customer service and purchasing, coordinate with various functions of the business including supply-chain to achieve business objectives and established KPI targets.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee all warehouse operations within assigned functional area(s)
- Lead a team to achieve operational goals and KPI targets
- Support and implement tactical plans to improve process efficiency, order, and inventory accuracy
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for production, productivity, inventory, or expense tracking
- Comply with all Health and Safety programs to secure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
- Fulfill all scheduled orders on time in full
- Support continuous improvement and implementation
- Maintain inventory controls and processes
- Track warehouse supplies and highlights any risks
- Drive continuous improvement through all facets of warehouse operations and supporting solutions

To be successful in the role:

- Demonstrated operations leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment (Distribution/Manufacturing)
- WMS / ERP experience is an asset
- Solid knowledge of workplace safety standards applicable to warehouse environments (OH&S)
- Positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude with a strong team mentality
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in the office
