Position Details:

Pay: $70,000 Schedule: Mon-Fri 6 AM - end of shift.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee our replenishment and allocation functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and data analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee daily replenishment operations to ensure timely and accurate stock levels. Monitor and manage allocation processes, ensuring optimal distribution of products across various locations. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve replenishment accuracy. Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory flow and improve efficiency. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs. Use advanced analytical tools and systems to generate reports, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Qualification:

Supervisor experience leading a Full Case selection team.




Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.



MS Excel analytical skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups
