West Coast Liquor Store Hiring - retail/wholesale Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
?Retail Cashiering; Check proper identification to sell liquor, beer, and wine
?Customer service includes greeting customers upon entry, waiting on customers, including but not limited to: finding items on shelves, recommending and selling merchandise to customers
?Stock and face products on shelves
?Cash out, balance till, complete cash out report
?Follow store and government policies and regulations
?Maintain the store environment including cleaning, dusting, and actions ensuring workplace safety
?Receive, review and check off orders
?Loss prevention skills
?Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned
Requirements:
?Must be at least 19 years of age
?Must be able to legally work in Canada
?Must have Serving It Right certificate
?Must be respectful and courteous to your co-workers and customers
?Able to promote and market products, and answer customer questions regarding products
?Able to read and speak fluently in English
?Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
?Good cash handling skills
?Previous liquor store or retail experience preferred
?Position requires bending, standing, lifting, and walking constantly; long periods of time will be spent on your feet
?Able to work positively within a team environment
