Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper inventory control, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This role is essential for supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery of products. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are highly valued.

Duties

Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling products according to company standards Receive incoming goods, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and document receipt in the warehouse management system Assist with order picking and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of customer orders, including e-commerce orders Operate order picker equipment to retrieve products from storage locations efficiently Ensure proper packaging of goods to prevent damage during transit Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes

Skills

Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse handling equipment Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and documentation Experience with warehouse distribution and e-commerce logistics is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic warehouse environment while contributing to the efficient operation of our supply chain. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
