Job Description

We have a warehouse shipper & receiver position starting immediately in Mount Pearl-- this is a 6 month contract position and is day shift full time. The candidate must have fork lift experience.

The selected candidate is responsible for assisting in the operation of a fast-paced, high volume distribution center in a shipping office environment. Evenly distribute workloads through dispatch process to maintain a positive level of picker activity.
Organize and file all paperwork daily to ensure ease of access.

Responsibilities
Use operating system based software to manage the incoming and outgoing orders and transfers.
Complete all associated shipping and customs documents for LTL, truckload, pick ups & courier shipments, ensuring on-time shipping.
Operate within a high-paced environment and professional atmosphere which requires constant adjustment of priorities and workloads.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience
• Team spirit orientated
• Take safety and security to heart
