We are currently seeking an experienced

Warehouse Receiver

to join our team!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:



Follow and enforce all general safety, GMP and HACCP procedures. Inspect transport carrier for cleanliness and report any mechanical issues observed (all joints and doors are sealed properly and in good repair). Inspect all incoming loads/materials for any signs of external damage (soiled condition, defective, unsecure, or broken boxes). Ensure frozen products do not show signs of thawing. Accurately count all incoming materials at the time of receipt and before the driver leaves the facility. If incorrect counts are identified, all paperwork must be initialized by both the driver and the receiver. Report any discrepancy to Supply Chain Manager to compare invoiced amounts vs. materials received. For all raw materials being received, ensure there is a government legend, product name, code, date, and is an approved item/supplier. Stamp/tag a receiving date on all incoming pallets of raw materials, utilize tally sheets for recording random weights. Accurate completion of daily QA/QC documentation. Use ERP system to receive, update inventory, and record material transfers. Transport products and materials to designated storage areas while safely operating the forklift, bobcat, and/or power jack. Retrieve stored materials as required for daily production and applicable departments. Daily housekeeping of receiving dock; ensure floors are clear, waste materials are properly disposed of or recycled, store/lock equipment when not in use. Assist in month end inventory counts and weekly inventory updates. Utilize downtime by assisting other production departments with end-of-day dumping. Other general warehousing/labor duties as assigned.

Other Information:



This position can be physically demanding. Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift up to 27.22 kilos (60lbs). Combination of pushing, pulling, standing, and walking through/working in cool, refrigerated environments (1 to 7C) and/or storage freezer (-15C). Attention to detail is critical. Ability to work under tight deadlines is considered an asset. Steel-toed footwear is required for this position. Experience in warehouse receiving and certification of power jack/forklift equipment is required. First Aid certification is preferred.

Shift: (DAYS) 6:30AM - 3:00PM Monday to Friday



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,520.00-$52,000.00 per year
