Warehouse Associate

Due to continual growth, we are on the search for a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible to accurately process pick slips in an efficient manner, help maintain our Elite Support certification and assist in all warehouse operations.

RESPONSIBILITES:





Pull and fill orders from stock and properly label the completed orders and place them in the required staging area. Strengthening customer relationships with both internal and external customers by providing prompt and professional service. Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized by following Elite Support certification criteria. This includes: + Ensuring all areas of the department are clean, organized, and safe.
+ Working with other team members to keep Shine maps relevant and up to date as well as participating in completing 5S audits monthly.
Building a continuous improvement culture. Operate the forklift as required. Assist in Shipping/Receiving when required Required to follow all company policies and procedures. Others Duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION &



EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:





Ability to work independently and as a team player. Some proficiency using a computer is required Pay attention to detail Professional attitude with great Customer Service Skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities depending on department needs Ability to lift to approx. 60 pounds. Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift (or the ability to be trained) Able to wear the required PPE and stand for long periods of time. Able to work occasionally in all-weather conditions. * Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate department demand (this will include some occasional Saturday shifts and occasional evening coverage to 8:00 pm).
