Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the loading and unloading of goods, order picking, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products from trucks and containers efficiently. Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately. Fabricate items as needed for specific orders or warehouse needs. Assist with warehouse distribution tasks to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote safety and efficiency. Participate in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with loading/unloading techniques and order picking processes. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
