Job Description
We are adding to our team! Come join our team at Flatlander Express Inc. We are a locally owned, family-operated courier business that delivers to rural areas in Saskatchewan. We offer competitive wages and benefits.
Wage:
$20 per hour
Hours:
2:00 pm - finish (10:30 pm approximately)
Plus possible overtime
Requirements
:Experience driving 1 tons and 3 tons
Cell phone with GPS and data plan (Cell phone allowance provided) Steel toed safety boots Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs A valid class 5 driver's license No criminal record Good driving recordEveryday Tasks:
Sort freight (Unload & load freight between trucks) Communicating professionally with customers & co-workers Driving company vehicles making deliveries/pickups within Regina. Transport loads safely following the rules of the road and representing the company to the highest standards Driving 1, 3 & 5 ton trucks Maintaining contact with dispatch and work to resolve issues as they arise Verify load security and accuracy Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures Other duties as assigned by management Able to work in a fast-paced environment
