Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers on a permanent basis for our Supply Chain team. This position is on-site work at our Distribution Centre in Winnipeg, MB.

What you'll do:

Fill, check and pack orders using a pallet jack and headset system throughout the warehouse, selecting items from floor stock to assemble on pallets, to then be transported to local Co-ops. May work in the freezer in below zero temperatures

(PPE and premium pay provided).*
Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements. Perform repetitive physical work including bending, lifting, and reaching. Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean shipping and receiving area.

Shifts:

+ Weekend-day shifts: Saturday, Sunday: 10:00am - 6:30pm
+ Weekday-day shifts: Monday - Wednesday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
+ Night shifts: Sunday - Thursday: 9:00pm - 5:30am
Must be available to complete a full week of training (i.e., Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm) Must work a minimum of 24 hours/week but preferably be available to work 40 hours/week.

You will work closely with other warehouse professionals and will report into the Supervisor Warehouse Operations. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, community, and efficiency.

Have verbal communication skills, and you are comfortable using a headset. Are able to work in the freezer when required. Are able to physically lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively. Are able to perform shift work potentially including evenings and weekends. Believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
