Aosom Canada Inc. is an established eCommerce company focused on home goods, furniture, and various consumer products. We are looking for an experienced

Order Picker and Forklift Driver / Operator

to support the daily operations of our new 250,000 sq.ft. warehouse.

Order Picker Responsibilities

Include:

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to pick lists. Scan, label, and organize products for shipping. Assist with loading and unloading shipments when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor. Support other warehouse operations as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an

Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or similar role

preferred. Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Lift up to

50 lbs (23 kg)

safely. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Basic English communication skills;

Mandarin language

ability is an asset.

Forklift Driver Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, move, and stack materials. Pick, pack, and stage orders as required. Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance or safety issues. Assist with general warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Requirements:

Valid forklift license/certification (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck preferred). Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution center. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg), bend, and stand for extended periods. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and safety-conscious attitude. Mandarin language ability is an asset.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
