We're looking for full-time Warehouse Operators who are ready to grow with us at our brand-new site.

What You'll Do:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products Operate forklifts and other MHE to unload trailers and put products away Pick and prepare orders accurately using our warehouse management system Handle shipping documents and communicate with professional drivers Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols Rotate through key positions for development and team flexibility

What You Bring:

Willingness to work in cold environments (we provide the gear!) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout your shift Good communication skills and comfort using computers/handhelds Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team

Schedule:

Full-time, permanent To start this role will be on day shift, however, depending on business requirements the shifts may be changed to rotating

M.A.D. shifts

(Midnights, Afternoons, Days) Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required

(-18C in freezer, 1C in cooler). The work includes heavy lifting. Are you able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively for an 8-12-hour shift? 10. Our shifts the operators work are MAD rotation; Midnights, Afternoons, Days. Are you available for all three shifts?
