A Snapshot of Your Day:

This role ensures the daily safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and customer demand.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xc2\xb7 Goods receipt process (with all related SAP transactions)

\xc2\xb7 Maintain receiving documents as per defined process (packing slip and certificates of conformity)

\xc2\xb7 Shipping process: Prepare shipment, packaging, and creating documents (with all related SAP transactions)

\xc2\xb7 Kitting process: Physically preparing kits to be delivered to the productions line in accordance with the kitting and production schedules (with all related SAP transactions)

\xc2\xb7 Physical delivery of kits to the production line

\xc2\xb7 Perform SAP transactions and physical movement for material transfers

\xc2\xb7 Perform SAP transactions and physical movement for return to stock orders

\xc2\xb7 Process scrap material holding and disposal

\xc2\xb7 Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

\xc2\xb7 Performing certain clerical tasks in support of delivering material to operations

\xc2\xb7 Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits

\xc2\xb7 Performing routine cycle counts as per audit schedule

\xc2\xb7 Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation

\xc2\xb7 Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks)

\xc2\xb7 Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

What You Bring:

\xc2\xb7 Proven working experience as a warehouse operator

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (previous SAP experience is an asset)

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

\xc2\xb7 Good organisational, time management skills and a continuous improvement mentality

\xc2\xb7 The ability to coordinate, organize and plan and work in a team environment

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift heavy objects

\xc2\xb7 Current forklift licence

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or DEC / Bilingual in French and English

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
