Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts to move products safely and efficiently. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. Engage in heavy lifting of glass windows and order picking to prepare items for shipment or storage. Tracking inventory levels and managing stock locations. Assist with packaging products for shipment, ensuring that all items are securely prepared for delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and improve equipment handling skills. Yard clean up including trimming grass, clearing snow and maintaining a clean property Learning to cut glass and prepare jobs for outside technicians Repair and build window screens

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and shop tools Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Experience with order picking, packaging, shipping & receiving, and load & unload operations is essential. Inventory management experience Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Pay: $17.55-$21.06 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
