Key Responsibilities
Plan daily workflow by reviewing work orders, arrival notices, and customer instructions.
Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently.
Fulfill inbound and outbound orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Operate forklifts confidently and safely, including performing routine equipment checks and reporting any deficiencies.
Follow all procedures and policies related to Transload operations.
Monitor upcoming jobs and operational trends to recommend adjustments to warehouse layout, supply levels, equipment needs, or staffing.
Perform other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Shipping and receiving experience required.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Comfortable using computers and ERP systems.
Valid forklift certification (counterbalance or reach truck).
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong math skills.
