Position Summary / Overview



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Warehouse & Moving Team Member

to join our rockstar team. This role is essential to the successful execution of client projects and contracts. You'll do more than move furniture--you'll lead on-site logistics, coordinate moves, and ensure top-tier service for our clients. Team members are responsible for the careful transportation, installation, and return of home furnishing and curated collections. A strong eye for detail, respect for high-end furnishings and collectibles, and a professional demeanour in client homes are key to success in this role. This role requires the ability to comfortably operate company vehicles and trucks, including sizes up to 26FT. The ideal candidate would embody a positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to lift over 75lbs.

Responsibilities



Load and unload furnishing and collections from company vehicles with care and efficiency Transport staging and design inventory to and from homes, job sites, and the warehouse using company trucks Install and place inventory according to staging plans under the direction of the lead designer or staging coordinator Break down and remove setups from site once properties are sold or projects are complete Handle all items with care, maintaining a high level of professionalism in client homes and on job sites Maintain warehouse organization, ensuring inventory is properly stored, labeled, and accessible Inspect and report any damaged or missing inventory items to the warehouse manager or team lead Assist with inventory checks, packing, and prepping items for upcoming staging installations Follow all safety procedures when lifting, loading, driving, and handling equipment and furniture Keep vehicles and tools clean and organized to ensure safe and efficient daily operations Collaborate with design and staging teams to execute jobs on time and to company standards

Qualifications



Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role involving furniture movement, logistics, or related responsibilities 1 year of truck driving experience Valid G Driver's License Clean Driving Abstract Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (75+ lbs) repeatedly Willing to work a varied schedule each week and long work hours Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behaviour Handyman skills to address minor furniture adjustments and setups Strong time management skills to ensure efficient handling of tasks within designated schedules Customer service skills to interact professionally and courteously with internal teams and external partners Demonstrated resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability to successfully navigate changes in a dynamic environment Have a positive, collaborative attitude Legally able to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.50 per hour
