We are looking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Morning Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, contributing to the overall success of our distribution process. This position involves various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, ride-on and reach trucks to facilitate the movement of goods. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading shipments. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing order fulfillment. Engage in order picking and packaging to prepare products for distribution. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels. Assist with heavy lifting and ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Proficient in operating heavy equipment including forklifts & ride on. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packaging. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
