About the Role



The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate management of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods. This role will provide leadership to warehouse personnel, maintain inventory integrity, and support production operations through proper staging and storage practices.

You will work closely with Production, Packaging, Quality, and Logistics partners to maintain seamless material flow and timely customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and supervise warehouse staff including training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain warehouse layout, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Oversee all storage, put-away, replenishment, and staging activities with a focus on FIFO/FEFO. Optimize warehouse utilization and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Manage inventory levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliation against the ERP system. Collaborate with Production Planning to ensure material availability aligned with schedules. Coordinate strategic space planning to support new product launches and high-volume periods. Partner with Quality to support traceability, hold/release, and food safety compliance. Develop and monitor warehouse KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications



3-5 years of warehouse leadership experience in manufacturing, beverage, or CPG preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with ERP/WMS systems. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is an asset. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel required).
