Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:



- Support Supply Chain Manager in planning and maintaining of warehouse operation policies and procedures;

- Schedule, delegate and manage workflow in the warehouse?

- Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company's both domestic and international logistics operations;

- Inventory control through cycle counting

- Develop inventory reports, schedule and conduct stock-taking on a monthly basis;

- Resolve problems that are related to transportation and logistics systems;

- Communicate transport or logistics issues when necessary;

- Training of warehouse staff on all necessary items

- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

- Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements:



- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role;

- Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process;

- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks;

- Excellent time management skills so as to ensure efficiency in service delivery at all times;

- Ability to be proactive when dealing with requests and complaints;

- Good numerical and IT skills will be of added advantage;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
