Warehouse Manager

to join our team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, team supervision, order preparation, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized workplace. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional event experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, cleaning, shipping, staging, and order accuracy Lead, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff Maintain organized inventory levels and quality Ensure proper handling of event rental equipment (tents, linens, decor, tables, chairs, etc.) Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to meet event timelines Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment Monitor equipment maintenance and report repair needs Improve workflow, processes, and operational efficiency Support peak-season demands including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience 2+ years of leadership or team management preferred Experience in the event rental industry is an asset Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable working in a physically active environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
