Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order picking, loading, unloading, and operating heavy equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are highly valued.

Duties

Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes Operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts and other warehouse equipment Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation within the warehouse management system Assist in the movement of materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate tools and equipment Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning Support warehouse organization by maintaining a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals in a construction or industrial setting

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, cranes, and clamp trucks Proficiency with warehouse management systems for inventory control and order processing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Skilled in order picking, load & unload operations, and use of heavy machinery Knowledge of construction or industrial environments is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
