This role plays a critical role in supporting the company's warehouse operations and the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. It requires strong attention to detail, effective co-ordination skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks with urgency and accuracy.

Reporting to VP finance, you will work closely with multiple departments across the organization to ensure that inventory is received, stored, recorded and distributed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:



Shipping and receiving



Compare items received with packing slips to verify quantities & product details. Receive purchase orders in ERP system (physical and non-tangible) Label received items with correct part numbers and descriptions Organize and place items on the appropriate warehouse shelves Pick required items according to sales orders and stage for pick-up or shipping Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping Unload and unpack inbound deliveries. Select optimal shipping method based on cost, delivery timelines and customer needs Co-ordinate shipments with other branches as required Communicate with courier partners to ensure timely pick-up and on-time deliveries Schedule courier pick-ups using shipping software Process sales order shipments in the ERP system Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to appropriate parties for stock availability and lead-times.

Inventory control and management



Keep inventory items neatly organized - maintain organized, clean, and clearly labelled inventory shelving. Ensure all products on shelves are accurately labeled Follow inventory management procedures to ensure product levels remain accurate in ERP system Count customer-owned equipment as required Complete inventory cycle counts to validate counts and identify discrepancies Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Update inventory transactions such as adjustments, transfers, or write?offs in the ERP system. Monitor low?stock items and proactively notify purchasing to avoid shortages. Participate in year-end inventory preparation, physical counts and reconciliation.

Procurement



Manage the full RMA (Return Material Authorization) process, including coordinating the return of products from customers or job sites and handling return procedures with vendors. Maintain accurate documentation for receiving, shipping, RMAs, adjustments, and transfers Assist with price checks for MAC and service orders from the PO Dispatch Queue Source required products and obtain/research pricing, availability, and lead times from various vendors.

Warehouse and office



Warehouse is to be kept clean, organized and clutter-free at all times. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the electric forklift and arrange for service as needed. Support general office maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, and handling minor maintenance tasks. Maintain awareness of all warehouse safety procedures, Follow all safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

Other



On-call after-hours will be required Identify opportunities to improve workflow or reduce errors Suggest cost and time saving opportunities Other tasks as required by the business

Skills & Qualifications



1 year warehouse experience Ability to lift 50 pounds Strong communication (written and oral) and problem-solving Strong computer skills (Excel and Word). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Possess a style that embodies a sense of urgency. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Forklift operation would be an asset Possess current driver's license

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
