Warehouse Manager
As the Warehouse Manager at CTS Global Logistics Inc., you will lead all facets of our Distribution Center operations within a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this pivotal role requires a strong sense of urgency and accountability for managing and optimizing complex warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to our stringent standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the FBA overseas warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
Develop and improve warehouse management systems, operating procedures, and work specifications, and supervise their implementation.
Reasonably arrange the work tasks of warehouse staff to improve work efficiency and quality.
2. Inventory management
Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and reasonable inventory and avoid shortages and overstocks.
Organize regular inventory counts and deal with inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Logistics coordination
Maintain good communication with logistics companies, freight forwarders, and other partners to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods.
Optimize logistics distribution plans to reduce logistics costs.
4. Team management
Recruit, train, and assess warehouse employees to improve the overall quality of the team.
Motivate employees and create a good working atmosphere.
5. Data analysis and reporting
Analyze warehouse operation data to provide decision support.
Regularly report warehouse operation status to superior leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in logistics management, supply chain management, etc. are preferred.
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in managing FBA overseas warehouses and be familiar with Amazon platform logistics rules.
3. Possess strong organizational, coordination, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficient in office software and have good data analysis skills.
5. Fluent in English & Mandarin and be able to communicate effectively with overseas teams.
