Tasks

Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Identify customers' needs Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Recommend products or services to customers Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Resolve product and service related problems Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Organize and maintain inventory
