Assist in managing all processes related to the transportation and on-time delivery of goods to customers with a goal to minimize expenses Resolve escalated distribution issues with customers. Assist in reviewing, approving and completing payroll daily. Associate management, including hiring, terminating, performance reviews, role changes and salary changes. Responsible for growing and developing a progressive team through industry and career focused Learning and Development, ongoing performance feedback and coaching, and open communication. Ensure the Program of Safety Excellence is implemented, adhered to and kept current according to the program and legislated requirements.What does it take to get on track?
Must have experience working in warehouse environments & proven ability to lead and work within a team environment
; this includes performance management, coaching and team building skills. Ability to consistently lift heavy products in an efficient, safe manner. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize competing demands.
