Duties

Operations oversight:

Supervise all warehouse activities, including the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Inventory management:

Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct quarterly inventory assessments, and ensure accurate records to meet demand and avoid stockouts.

Staff management:

Supervise, schedule, and assist delivery team staff, providing motivation and guidance.

Safety and security:

Ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a secure and organized working environment.

Process improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Skills

Leadership and communication:

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for managing a team and interacting with other departments.

Organizational skills:

The ability to plan, organize, and multitask is crucial for managing daily operations, staff, and inventory.

Technical skills:

Basic computer skills.

Problem-solving:

The ability to troubleshoot problems, investigate accidents, and resolve issues as they arise.

Education and experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in warehouse operations and management is highly valued.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
