En tant que responsable d'entrep?t, vous g?rerez les activit?s de r?ception, de manutention, de stockage, de pr?l?vement et d'emballage en vous assurant que les normes de qualit? sont respect?es ou d?pass?es. Le responsable d'entrep?t doit assurer l'exactitude des stocks, coordonner l'ex?cution des commandes et suivre les d?lais d'exp?dition pour des milliers de commandes de produits chaque ann?e. Le candidat id?al est exceptionnellement soucieux des d?tails et capable de g?rer simultan?ment plusieurs facettes des op?rations d'entrep?t. Objectifs du r?le :

  • Surveiller et g?rer les objectifs op?rationnels.
  • D?velopper des syst?mes d'exploitation d'entrep?t en d?terminant les exigences de manutention et de stockage des produits, l'utilisation de l'?quipement, l'inventaire, les processus d?entr?e/sortie et les m?thodes d'exp?dition.
  • Superviser les op?rations quotidiennes tout en contr?lant et en g?rant les stocks et la logistique
  • Examiner et pr?parer les flux de travail, les besoins en personnel, les allocations d'espace, les am?nagements d'?quipement et les plans d'action qui r?pondent aux normes de l'entreprise en mati?re de productivit?, de qualit? et de service ? la client?le
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail s?r et sain en ?tablissant et en en appliquant les normes et proc?dures et en se conformant aux r?glementations l?gales
Responsabilit?s :
  • Superviser les activit?s quotidiennes de l'entrep?t, y compris l'assurance qualit?, le contr?le des stocks, la gestion de l'espace, la logistique, la productivit?, l'exp?dition et le service client.
  • Superviser et g?rer la logistique pour le transport des produits vers les clients et les installations de l'entreprise, en communiquant avec les chauffeurs et les partenaires transporteurs. S?assurer d?une livraison efficace des chargements.
  • Inspecter r?guli?rement l'?quipement, les outils et les machines et superviser l'entretien g?n?ral si n?cessaire.
  • Rencontrer r?guli?rement les employ?s de l'entrep?t pour analyser la productivit? et ?laborer des plans d'action pour la pr?vention des pertes/erreurs.
Comp?tences et qualifications requises :
  • Dipl?me d'?tudes secondaires ou ?quivalent
  • Trois ans ou plus d'exp?rience dans un r?le d'entrep?t en gestion d'employ?s horaires
  • Ma?trise des proc?dures et des politiques d'entrep?t
  • Excellentes comp?tences en r?solution de probl?mes et qualit?s de leadership
  • Capacit? ? travailler en collaboration avec tous les niveaux du personnel de l'entreprise
  • Capacit? ? fournir une r?troaction efficace, ? l'?crit et ? l'oral
  • Capacit? ? communiquer dans plus d'une langue (fran?ais et anglais)

Currently, we?re seeking a warehouse manager to oversee operations at our headquarters in Boucherville. As the warehouse manager, you will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment & track shipping times for thousands of product orders every year. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously. Objectives of this role
  • Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency ? with customer satisfaction the primary goal ? by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
  • Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
  • Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
Required skills and qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
  • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
  • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language (french and english)
  • Experience operating a forklift
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year Benefits:
