Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products and materials
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
- Oversee order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Coordinate with warehouse distribution partners (3PL) to manage inventory transfers
- Operate equipment as needed for inventory movement (no forklift)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting purposes
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and best practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders
