Atlantic Grocery Distributors, one of Newfoundland and Labradors fastest growing companies is now hiring! We are continuously looking for new members to join our outstanding team. Warehouse Lumper/General Labourer will be required to stack and re-organize various products in an efficient and timely manner. Must always follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:
Contract length: 4 months Salary: $14.50 per hour Benefits:
- Separating various inbound freight
- Responsible for unloading various products and placing them in designated warehouse space
- Responsible for maintaining the stability of the pallet through proper stacking, labelling & shrink-wrapping
- Maintain work area, clean and organized
- Strong work ethic
- Self-starter and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Steel-toed boots required
- Safety vest required (provided)
- Clean certificate of conduct
- Must be able to drive Raymond Reach equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Able to prioritize efficiently
- Strong organizational skills; basic computer skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and willing to go the extra mile
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills, a person who can tackle challenges and get the job done
- Have a high regard for personal responsibility and willingness to take initiative
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift; at times, product weight may reach above 50 lbs. Requires the ability to move heavy product with assistance
- Must have the ability to stand, walk and/or move about for exceeded periods of time
