Additionally, we provide training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.As a Warehouse Lead Hand, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supervise all aspects of order preparation, from receiving to shipping.
  • Verify merchandise discrepancies and manage the opening and closing of routes.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and safety of equipment in shipping and receiving areas.
  • Coordinate the work of a team of employees and report any issues to the supervisors.
  • Ensure the health and safety of workers.
QualificationsTo join our team, you need, among other things:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment.
  • Good understanding of warehousing, including shipping/receiving, put-away, and picking.
  • Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
