Position Summary Support the Operations Supervisor/Management and Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations at 250 First Gulf Blvd, Brampton warehouse to ensure performance indicators are being achieved, and targets are being met.
Location: 250 First Gulf Blvd., Brampton


Schedule: 2:00pm \xe2\x80\x93 10:30pm, Monday - Friday


What you will do
  • Oversee operations to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Monitor KPIs of the operations team are inline towards targets
  • Support the supervisor operation to ensure that space is used efficiently and make any changes to the storage capacity that are in-line with customer expectations and best warehousing practices
  • Support Wave planner and Dispatcher on all scheduling conflicts with team and external customers (Transport Companies)
  • Ensure operations team are aware of customer expectations and requirements and are meeting them
  • Work alongside of the CSR to insure daily requests from the customer is met, oversee all urgent requests are completed
  • Communication with Supervisors / Management, CSR, Customer and team be consistent and responded to in a timely manner

Qualifications, Knowledge, Expertise and Experience
  • 5 Years of combined working and Lead Hand experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks and Walkies.
  • Best warehousing practices
  • Distribution Center operations
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS software) and RF capabilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, particularly Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word
  • Occupational Health & Safety requirements
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods rules and regulations
  • Inventory Control
  • 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the 3pl industry, preferred
  • Familiarity with various
