Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Oversee and perform daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

- Ensure efficient and safe storage and retrieval of inventory.

- Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to optimize efficiency.

- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., project coordinators, production, management) to ensure smooth operations.

- Manage logistics for transporting products to customers and event facilities.

- Manage schedule and ensure adequate use of time.

- Inventory Management including;

o Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

o Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.

o Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.

- Safety and Security:

o Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

o Implement and maintain security measures to protect warehouse assets.

o Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.

- Communication and Collaboration:

o Communicate with team, suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

o Maintain open communication with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

- Performance and Improvement:

o Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

o Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

o Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.

- Installation and Dismantle:

o Assembly and disassembly of various displays and kiosks when required due to workload and availability of other technicians and vendors.

- Be flexible with work hours which include working on weekends and evenings frequently and as required.

- Be able to lift heavy items.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Extremely organized and self-proficient.

- Effective communications and problem-solving skills.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Have a class G license with a clean abstract.

- Have your own vehicle.

- Be able to drive a large truck up to 5 Ton (26' Long).

- Must be able to read, write and speak English.

- Must wear the company uniform and be comfortable in front of clients.

- Proficient in operating forklift and reach truck.

- Working with a variety of materials including but not limited to wood, metals, etc.

- Working with hand and power tools.

- Facility maintenance.

- Assist with production related tasks when appropriate and required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Overtime pay
Schedule:

8 hour shift Weekends as needed
Experience:

Driving a commercial truck: 2 years (required) Warehouse: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

G Class License with a clean abstract (required)
