syncreon is looking for a dynamic individual who is ready to take on the exciting and rewarding challenge to be part of a startup operations team at a technology warehouse, we are opening in Brampton, Ontario. In this position you will work collaboratively across the different Departments and with all members of the management team as this new warehouse starts up to help develop a successful operation.
About the Role
How you will contribute
Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
Assist with monitoring daily KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
HS Diploma / GED.
Experience in a Lead role.
Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
Prior forklift experience.
