As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, detail oriented individual to support our daily warehouse operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Warehouse Support Contractor

to assist with day to day packing, organizing, and shipping tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, efficient, and enjoys working in a structured routine with clear responsibilities.

This is a

part time, contract role

requiring a consistent Tuesday-Friday commitment from

9:00-11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Assemble Harloc packaging and prepare product boxes Pack hair orders with accuracy, quality control, and brand care Prepare and process daily shipments Drop off packages to Canada Post or UPS before the 12 PM cutoff Count, track, and help maintain inventory levels Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized Communicate daily with Sara regarding orders, workflow, and operational needs Flag any issues with inventory, packaging, or shipping delays

Requirements

Must be available

Tuesday-Friday from 9-11AM

in the warehouse Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise packing / brand standards Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Basic physical capability to lift boxes and handle shipments Comfortable using shipping tools/platforms (training provided) Strong communication skills and quick responsiveness during work hours

for hours worked You are responsible for

saving and remitting your own taxes
