Blue Yonder WLM (Warehouse Labor Management)

Lead/Senior Functional Consultant

is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing Blue Yonder's Labor Management (LM) solutions by using Blue Yonder WLM platform to meet the business operational needs while being scalable, efficient, and well-integrated with other enterprise systems. Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient

Warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- implementing, configuring, and supporting Blue Yonder's Labor Management (LM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions to optimize workforce productivity and operational efficiency within a warehouse.- Translate business requirements and process flows into technical specifications and solution designs.- Lead the development and execution of test plans, including functional, integration, and performance testing.- Ensure the solution meets quality standards, is delivered on time, and stays within budget.- Design and develop customizations and extensions in BY WLM.- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of BY WLM and WMS.- Ensure quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Must have more than 8 years of deep experience/expertise in Blue Yonder WLM and WMS platform, including its functional and technical components and the underlying technologies (MOCA, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts and Reports).

- Should have very good experience in L3 support, new enhancements, BY WLM system configuration, In bound and out bound integration.

- Should have detailed understanding of both on premises and cloud (Azure or AWS) environments.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.

- Provide technical governance and assurance for proposed solutions, mitigating risks associated with design and delivery.

- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and collaborating in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

- Proficiency with Agile development tools and processes, such as SNOW, JIRA, ADO, Bitbucket.

- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze systems and solve complex problems, schedule, test, install, and implement programs/applications; write and revise standards and procedures; work in a team environment; and handle multiple projects.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $16.10-$23.62 per hour

Expected hours: 7.25 per week
